plain: This is a skin with just comments in the four included files
simple: This one has a header and footer with centered titles
fancy: This one has a bar on the left and a header on the top, and stretches to cover the whole page, doesn't always render properly in IE, the header part of the page may stretch down.
fancy2: Like fancy but with only three cells instead of five in the table so that it renders properly in IE
images: Background images, one non-repeating, one repeating vertically, will strech with text size and screen size, this is like fancy2 but a bit more dynamic
fancy3: another attempt at making IE behave, using row height hints

To make a new skin, follow the directions in the master template
